Bombolotti w/Lobster from Rome

Bombolotti with Lobster
Pasta with Lobster is one of the many specialities of Pierluigi's Restaurant near Campo dei Fiori, Rome. "The flavour of the lobster melts with the perfume of the fresh tomatoes in a mediterranean explosion of subtle tastes".
Ingredients
1 lobster, 100g of pachino tomatoes, 300g of bombolotti pasta, salt and pepper, 1 clove of garlic, fresh basil.
Making It
Lightly fry the garlic in a little olive oil.
Add the lobster, which has been accurately cut into pieces, the tomatoes, two scoops of water and then the pasta cooked "al dente".
Gently stir while cooking to obtain a textured sauce.
