Kathy's "Pesto"

4 Cloves of Garlic
Salt to taste
3 T Pine Nuts
4 C loosely packed fresh Basil leaves
1/2 C freshly grated Parmesean cheese
1/2 C extra virgin Olive Oil

In food processor grind garlic, salt & pine nuts, fairly fine.
Add basil & olive oil.
When smooth- add cheese and stir to combine.
Toss with pasta!

Serves four.
