Ingredients
10 fresh cherry tomato cut into large chunks
2 mozzarella cut into pieces
basil chopped
black olives chopped
100% Extra virgin olive oil
salt
black pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl put the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olives, salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil then gently mix thoroughly. Allow the mixture to stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve. — with Rosemarie Purpura and Alice Kauer.
