Lamb Chops Italian Style

Lamb is one of the most popular spring meats in Italy, and fried lamb chops are one of the most popular dishes going -- so popular that the person doing the frying (they're best hot out of the pan) runs a serious risk of not getting any, because others will come to the stove to grab them as they are done. At least this is what happens in our house.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutesIngredients:
•8 lamb chops, with bone, weighing about a quarter pound (100 g) each

•2 eggs

•Breadcrumbs (at least a cup)

•1/2 cup olive oil, for frying (you could use another oil if you want)
