Go Stuff a Portabello!

Mushrooms: The New Mood Food...Feeling a little blue? Chomp on a portabello! Mushrooms are the only natural fresh veggie with vitamin D, which can help elevate your mood. And since it's tough to get enough vitamin D during winter months (due to lack of sunlight), now's the perfect time to up your intake of the friendly fungus. Mushrooms also have lots of energy-enhancing B vitamins typically found in meat, so they're great for vegetarians. And get this... scientists are creating super mushrooms enhanced with EXTRA vitamin D by exposing them to fancy ultraviolet lights.
