Ex Marine and former Airline Pilot Dick Magree recently passed away. He was a friend and at his memorial service...his wife...passed along his famous Rib Recipe.
Dry Mix
2 Tbl Salt, cumin, pepper, chili powder each
1/4 cup sugar
4 Tbl Paprika
Wet Sauce
1 3/4 ciup white vinegar
2 tbl hot pepper sauce
2 tbl salt
1 tbl Pepper
Bar B Que Sauce
K.C Masterpiece regualr served heated on the side. Not on the ribs.
Coat the ribs with the dry mix very generously and bake for 3 hours at 200. Do not turn.This can be done ahead and let the ribs sit until your ready to put on the Bar B Que
Cook on Hot but watch for flame ups. Baste w/wet sauce during cooking.
