Fresh Fish In Potato Crust

1 Fresh Fish
1 peeled potato
salt
olive oil
Rosemay
Pepper
Fillet the fish and lay it in an oven proof dish. Slice the potato finely and cover the fish with it, adding salt, olive oil, pepper and rosemary. Bake 360 F for approx. 20 minutes.
