The Best Tiramisu!

Serves 4
14 ounces of mascarpone (mild creamy cheese)
4 eggs
1 packet of biscuits (designed for Tiramisu)
4 tablespoons of sugar
3.5 ounces of plain chocolate
1 large cup of coffee
Make the coffee and let it cool down.
For the cream, beat the yolks with the sugar, then add mascarpone and the egg white (beaten until they stand up stiff)
Melt the chocolate.
Put the layer of biscuits, soaked in coffee, imnto a heat resistant pan. Spread the cream on the biscuits and cover everyting with the melted chocolate.
Make this foa at least 3 layers.
Before serving put into the fridge for 2 hours.
